How to email certificates to a whole group
On Studio and up, Certinator emails each person their certificate PDF, so you don't have to send them one by one.
Before you start
A Studio, Academy or Institute plan, and recipients with email addresses (one column in your CSV).
Steps
- Set up your certificate and add recipients, including their email addresses.
- Review the details and send. Each person gets an email with their PDF attached, plus their verify link.
- Open email history to see each message's status, and resend if needed. To resend to several people at once, select them and use Resend selected. Resends count toward your plan's monthly and daily email allowance.
What to keep in mind
Studio sends 500 a month (up to 100 per UTC day), Academy 3,000 (up to 300 per day) and Institute 10,000 (up to 1,000 per day). Emails go out under your sender name. Academy and Institute also use your reply-to address and drop the Certinator footer. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC, and monthly limits reset on the 1st (UTC). Unused sends don't roll over. Spark has no email delivery.
